Who we are

What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the forms on this site: name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message. The site collects no other personal data in the background and uses no tools that track individuals.
How your data reaches us
The form sends your request as a single email message to an internal company address. The site does not store your data in a database of its own and does not feed it automatically into any other system — the message lands in our mailbox, where it is read and handled by a person, not by an algorithm.
Why we use it
We use the data exclusively to answer your request — quotes, questions, partnerships — based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, we make no automated decisions based on it and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose you wrote to us about and for applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
To run this site we use two providers acting as processors: Google (the email infrastructure through which the form message is transmitted and received — Google Workspace) and Vercel (site hosting and the technical processing of the form submission). Both process data under the safeguards required by the GDPR. If your request concerns a service delivered through a partner, we ask for your consent before passing your data on.
Traffic statistics, without tracking
To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool: the statistics are aggregated and anonymous, build no individual profiles and do not track visitors across sites. Details in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request, write to office@optimus-transport.ro — we answer within 30 days at the latest.
